Computing
At Thorntree Academy, we have three aims for the computing curriculum. Our children learn to become creative, confident and competent in their use of technology. Pupils will create media using a range of different software. They will understand how to be safe online and be confident enough to assess their own safety whilst knowing how to report any concerns they may have. Our pupils will become competent in their use of applications which will allow them to code, debug and understand technology in detail. We want our children to become future programmers, web developers or designers.
