Welcome to the Thorntree Academy.

It is my privilege to be the Headteacher of Thorntree Academy and to be entrusted in leading the school in the next stage of their development.  This requires everyone - parents, carers, staff, and the wider community - to work together for the benefit of the young people in our care.  Each person has a vital role to play and we will endeavour to provide the very best to the pupils of our school to inspire them to be the best #FutureYou they can be.

This website is intended to provide you with the relevant information to ensure you are firmly aware of how Thorntree Academy can cater for your child's needs as a learner, and, more importantly, as a person.  Being an inclusive school means we focus on the well-being of both staff and pupils, as well as ensuring that all learners develop their academic abilities.  Most importantly, we insist on a wider curriculum that provides your child with the opportunity to explore their passions and a stage to shine.
